Well...this is a new policy implemented by the corporate sectors to retain a better relationship with the employees without any adversity in their targets. The best part of this policy is that now the employees can manage their schedules of work in a better structure without hampering their personal affairs. Here in this ‘employee leave plan’ one can enjoy flexi-timings but without effecting company's target. For the corporate management who had established this scheme believes if employees are given the best chance to manage their leaves, making them feel about their authority then they can best balance personal and professional affairs of life.
Previously most of the companies had the option of providing Casual Leave (CL) and Sick Leave (SL) for its employees. But now few of the companies have cancelled this option and have a fixed number of days in which the employees can choose to apply for leave. This is being made so that employees can plan their work and leave better. In this way even the company’s turnover is not affected.
