In adults you can find handwriting problems for two reasons; one will be due to lack of writing habit. The 2nd reason will be that they don’t have a good writing from their childhood like me. In both the conditions the basic fact is that their fingers will not be listening to their mind. I had a friend who was a calligraphist and he had suggested me one simple method to get this control. Hold a pen and start from a dot to draw growing circles without lifting the nib up from the paper. Keep drawing such circles and it gives good practice. There are many more techniques used by calligraphists to get control over fingers. But when it comes to writing a person should have a calm and stable mind so it is better to do such practices early morning when the mind is free from stress.

It is said that handwriting reflects the person’s individuality and it is very important o have a good handwriting. In today’s ethnicity handwriting is considered as outdated method of communication. But it is very important to have a good handwriting because in spite of having ideas and information of high quality, it won’t come into picture until a good handwriting is achieved which reflects your work. Better late than never. So improve your handwriting by practicing it every day.

•The adult has to increase the legibility of writing, fluency in writing and develop a liking in terms of writing anything.
•Should know how to grasp the pen properly.
•Practice writing everyday as it is helpful and it goes by the thought ‘Practice makes Perfect’
•Choose the right kind of pen like ball pen/ink pen before you start writing. And also see to the fact what kind of pen you are comfortable with while writing.
